Policies

By booking an appointment, you are confirming you have read all policies and eligibility requirements. Policies are ensured to protect both the client and artist's time. All transactions are final and no refunds will be issued. Thank you for understanding!

Due to COVID concerns, it is mandatory to wear a face covering during your appointment. If you are high risk or feeling ill, please let me know and I will book/reschedule for a day with no other appointments. I kindly request that you respect the no guest policy. As per Texas Health Department requirements, children are not allowed in the treatment area.

initial visit

During the initial visit, all clients must bring a government issued photo ID, carefully read and sign the consent form, and fill out a health history form to ensure the skin is in good condition before receiving any treatment. A mandatory consultation will determine the client’s desired look and whether or not it is obtainable.

DEPOSIT

A NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required to schedule and confirm your appointment. This will hold your appointment until the day of, which will be paid in full.

cancellation

Cancelling or not showing up to your appointment for any reason will result in the forfeit of your deposit.

RESCHEDULING

A minimum of 24 hour notice is required to reschedule. Less than 24 hour notice may result in the forfeit of your deposit. Any further rescheduling will require an additional deposit.

Lateness

Please contact me if you will be late to your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in a forfeit of your deposit and cancellation of your appointment. This is to ensure I have sufficient time to tend to other scheduled clients.

INELIGIBILITY

All clients are responsible for checking eligibility prior to any service. If you arrive to your appointment and you cannot receive treatment due to any contraindications, your appointment may be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Please make sure you qualify before booking!

before & after photos

Cosmetic artists will photograph their work before and after the treatment for many reasons including client records, insurance purposes, and social media.  Before photos are also necessary to assess the healed results during the adjusting session. We recognize the importance of protecting our client’s privacy and edit the photos to display only the treated area. Client may waive before & after photos from being utilized on social media. 

Pricing

Please note that prices are subject to change overtime. I will always honor the pricing that was applicable at the time the client booked their appointment.

Microblading / shading

Guidelines are provided to achieve optimal results, but there is no guarantee as I have no control what happens during the healing process. Keep in mind cosmetic tattooing is usually a two-part process. In some cases, additional appointments may be necessary to achieve desired results (especially if you have previous tattooing).

PREVIOUS PROCEDURES

If you have had your brows previously tattooed, you must send a clear picture of your bare brows before booking (even if they have completely faded). In some cases, the previous work may not be workable/too dark to achieve optimal results. Failure to provide a photo prior to booking may result in a forfeit of your deposit.

results

Healed results will vary with each individual client. The final shape is completely your decision, and the treatment will not begin until you approve the shape. While strictly adhering to the aftercare instructions is crucial, we have no control over the healing process and make no guarantees of how the healed results will look. The average two treatments is enough to obtain a natural result, but using a pencil or powder may still be necessary to achieve your desired brow. Individuals who are looking for a more intense result, must understand that it may require additional sessions (charged accordingly).

color refresher

For returning clients, timing for Refreshers are calculated from the date of the last treatment (whether it is a Touch-up or Refresher). For example, if you had your initial session on August 1st and your complimentary Touch-up on October 1st, then the 1 Year Refresher pricing will expire on October 1st of the following year. Please note that all Refresher appointments must be scheduled at least 6 months apart.
